$175.00.
We are currently working on a carnival out of Iowa. This carnival company was hired by the Kirksville Chamber of Commerce in late August and had a positive feedback. It was suggested that we join the Iowa Fairs & Festivals to expand our connections for other festival vendors and entertainment. We will also renew our membership with Missouri Fairs & Festivals.
Fundraising options were reviewed and it was agreed that each member should bring one or two ideas to the November meeting. It was mentioned that Santa’s visit was coming up the first of December and that we should do cookie decorating again during Santa’s visit. We also decided to have a raffle for fleece blankets and a cake walk. Members were asked to contact friends and family to donate cakes.
Due to a conflict with a basketball game for several members, the next meeting for KCPC has been rescheduled to Wednesday, November 28th at 6:30 pm at the 4-H Extension Office.
