Farm Bureau Names Bonnell New Knox County Agent

By Crystal Howerton

Former Knox County High School graduate Sean Bonnell has returned to his hometown as the new Farm Bureau agent in Edina as of February 25, 2008.
Having graduated from high school in 1997, Bonnell furthered his education at the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Banking.  He was most recently employed with First National Bank and Trust in Columbia as a Credit Analyst in the business lending department.
Bonnell feels he has a great deal of experience in retail and banking, which will allow him to effectively service his clients.  In addition to providing quality service to existing Farm Bureau members and clients, Sean is looking forward to expanding the company’s presence in Edina and Knox County by offering Farm Bureau’s wide ranging portfolio of insurance products to new customers.  He, and his wife, Courtney (Childress) Bonnell are currently living near Hurdland.  Courtney is employed at Bank Midwest in Kirksville.
"My wife and I are very excited to be back in Knox County," said Bonnell.
