Hurdland Elects Mayor, City Council Members

During the May 6 meeting of the Hurdland City Council, the following persons were sworn in as the new Hurdland City Council because no persons filed for the April election.
Incumbent Ernest Diekmann was sworn in as mayor for a one-year term. West Ward Alderman Jim Hamlin and East Ward Alderman Lisa VanDyke were sworn in for one-year terms, as well.
