Gospel Greats Coming To Edina

Steve Hess, the nephew of one of gospel’s greatest musicians the late Jake Hess, along with accomplished gospel singers Stephen Horell and Judd Sulcer will be performing in Edina at the Assembly of God Church Saturday, April 2, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. The trio formed the gospel group Steve Hess & Southern Salvation in 2008. Horell is the lead singer with Sulcer accompanying as baritone and Hess singing tenor and playing piano. A free will offering will be taken at the performance.
“Steve Hess and Southern Salvation is a group that is first and foremost ministry minded. Every time we sing, from the very first note played and from the very first note sung, it is my prayer that our music will ride on the wings of God’s anointing to reach hurting people.” Said Hess.
