THREE PEOPLE FROM KNOX & LEWIS COUNTIES & TWO
FROM QUINCY, IL PLEAD SENTENCED ON FEDERAL DRUG & WEAPONS

Louis, MO: The United States Attorney’s Office announced today that five people
have been sentenced on drug conspiracy charges involving their activities
between January 2007 and April 2010 in Lewis and Knox Counties.
Robert Mauck, 42, Knox City, MO, and Nathan Allen, 29,
LaBelle, MO; were each sentenced today to 95 months and 28 months in prison
respectively.
Kimberly Ingalls, 40, and William Ingalls, 49, Quincy,
IL, were each sentenced to three years of probation March 29; Michael Kramer,
38, LaBelle, MO, was sentenced March 25th to 62 months in
prison.
Robert Mauck pled guilty to one felony count of
conspiracy to possess pseudoephedrine with intent to manufacture methamphetamine
and one felony count of being a previously convicted felon in possession of
ammunition. The other four defendants pled guilty to one felony count each of
conspiracy to possess pseudoephedrine with intent to manufacture
methamphetamine.
This case was investigated by the Lewis and Knox County
Sheriff’s Departments, the Northeast Missouri Drug Task Force, the Bureau of
Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, U.S. Marshal’s Service, the Quincy,
IL Police Department and the Missouri State Highway Patrol and Illinois State
Police. Assistant United States Attorney Noelle Collins handled the case for
the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
