Former Police Officer Charged With 2nd Degree Murder

Retired Police Officer, Glenn Head, in Custody at the Adair County Jail

According to court documents just filed by the Knox County Assistant Prosecutor, Jo Fortney, the man being held in the Adair County Jail, Glenn Head, 57, of Novelty for shooting Bill Bacon in southwest Knox County is charged with one count of Second Degree Murder, a Class A felony,  and one count of felony Armed Criminal Action, he is being held on a $250,000 cash only bond.
