Domestic Disturbance Leads To Drug Arrest Felony DWI
LCSO – January 22, 2014 – On January 16, 2014 members of the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office responded to a domestic disturbance call near LaBelle, Missouri. Before arriving on scene law enforcement learned the male subject, identified as Daniel C. Roux, had left the home.
Mr. Roux was located at a conservation area lake south of LaBelle and was taken into custody.
Daniel C. Roux, age 41, of rural LaBelle, was subsequently charged with several offenses. This includes; Driving While Intoxicated, Persistent Offender, a class D felony; Possession of Imitation Controlled Substance, a misdemeanor, Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor, and Operating a Motor Vehicle without a Valid License, a misdemeanor.
Mr. Roux remains lodged in the Lewis County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash only bond.
