Jury Trial Of Glenn Head Moved To Randolph County

By Echo Menges

According to a representative of Circuit 1 Judge Gary L. Dial the Jury Trial of Glenn Head has been moved to Randolph County. A number of locations were considered for the second change of venue for this case before it was decided to move the case from Clark County to Randolph County. Randolph County was chosen because the Jury Trial dates could be maintained, April 7 through 11, 2014, and also because it is away from our area.

Head, 60, of rural Novelty, a former St. Louis Metro Police officer, is accused of murdering his 67-year-old neighbor, William “Bill” Bacon during a property dispute on December 11, 2012
