* AT 822 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT 4 TO 5 INCHES OF RAIN
  WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS HAS FALLEN OVER PARTS OF SOUTHERN KNOX
  COUNTY.  MORE THUNDERSTORMS ARE DEVELOPING IN THE AREA AND
  ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL IS LIKELY

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  EDINA...KNOX CITY...COLONY...PLEVNA...GREENSBURG...HURDLAND...
  NOVELTY...BARING AND NEWARK.
