Missouri 5th & 6th Grade Sweat For Vet Benefit Team

    GO TEAM MISSOURI – Friday evening, July 17, 2015, Lewis County, Missouri 5^th and 6^th graders teamed up to play basketball against an Illinois team in the “SWEAT for a VET” event held at Pepsi Arena on the campus of Quincy University.  Team members from Missouri included (in no particular order): Sam Parrish, Nelson Shinkle, Ansley Bringer, Cameron Bringer, Braedyn Hetzler and Kyle Benson.  Proceeds from the event went to the Great River Honor Flight 2015 fund so that Veterans in the Tri-State area can travel to our Nation’s Capital to view monuments from their times of service at no cost.  Coach of Team Missouri was Lewis County Sheriff David Parrish.
