Knox Health Dept. Nurse Named Public Health Nurse of the Year – VIDEO

On Thursday, October 8, 2015, Registered Nurse Phyllis Whitlatch was recognized locally for being chosen as the Missouri Public Health Nurse of the Year by the Missouri Council for Public Health Nursing.
