City Hires Wendy Lewis As City Clerk
Minutes of Open and Closed Meeting on September 17, 2015
The LaBelle Board of Aldermen met in Open session on September 17, 2015, at 7:00 p.m.
Alderman Christopher Parrish motioned to go into closed session pursuant to Section 610.021(3) of the Revised statutes of Missouri. A roll call vote was taken. Alderman Christopher Parrish –yea, Alderman Jesse Rogers-yea, Alderman Roy Lewis-yea, Alderman Paul Harvey-yea, Alderman Roger Scott-yea. Alderman Justin Parrish-yea. Nays-none.
Alderman Christopher Parrish motion to adjourn the closed meeting session and go back into open session was made by Alderman Christopher Parrish and seconded by Alderman Roger Scott. A roll call vote was taken. Alderman Christopher Parrish –yea, Alderman Jesse Rogers-yea, Alderman Roy Lewis-yea, Alderman Paul Harvey-yea, Alderman Roger Scott-yea, Justin Parrish-yea. Nays-none.

The Aldermen interviewed three applicants for the City Clerk position.
Alderman Paul Harvey motioned to hire Wendy Lewis for the City Clerk’s position with a starting pay of $10.00 per hour for thirty hours a week with a possibility of 35 hours a week in the future, if needed. Alderman Justin Parrish seconded the motion. A roll call vote was taken. A roll call vote was taken.
