Memphis Resident Arrested on DWI Charges

On Monday, February 1, 2016, at 6:39 p.m., twenty-three year-old April S. Engelbrecht of Memphis, Missouri, was arrested by the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Schuyler County and taken to Schuyler County on Driving While Intoxicated charges.
