36 Year Old Lewis County Woman Arrested For Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
On February 11, 2016, Jennifer L. Lillard, age 36, of Canton, Missouri was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a class C felony, after Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a call of a suicidal subject.
Ms. Lillard is currently lodged in the Lewis County Jail in lieu of a $10,000 cash only bond.
According to Missouri Revised Statutes – Chapter 195 Drug Regulations – 195.233. 1. It is unlawful for any person to use, or to possess with intent to use, drug paraphernalia to plant, propagate, cultivate, grow, harvest, manufacture, compound, convert, produce, process, prepare, test, analyze, pack, repack, store, contain, conceal, inject, ingest, inhale, or otherwise introduce into the human body a controlled substance or an imitation controlled substance in violation of sections 195.005 to 195.425.
