LaBelle Man Arrested for Multiple Charges
On Sunday, February 28, 2016, in Lewis County, Missouri, the Missouri Highway Patrol arrested a LaBelle Man on multiple charges.
At 2:06 a.m., thirty year-old, Daniel G. Carper of LaBelle, Missouri was cited for (1) DWI; (2) Resisting Arrest by Fleeing; (3) Speeding (4) Careless and Imprudent Driving.
Carper was held at Lewis County Jail under bondable conditions.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
