LaBelle Woman Arrested On Lewis County Warrant

In a report filed by the Missouri State Highway Patrol on Tuesday, March 22, 2016, a forty year-old female, Michelle L. Reeves, of LaBelle, Missouri, was arrested for 1) Lewis County Warrant for Trespassing-1st Degree.  Reeves was taken to Lewis County Jail under bondable conditions.

According to court records, on June 12, 2013, Reeves was noted as having a Springfield, Illinois address, when she was arrested in Lewis County, Missouri, and charged with Trespass-1st degree (Misdemeanor B-RSMo. 569.140).

On September 16, 2013, a guilty plea was entered into the record and a Suspended Imposition of Sentence was documented with 1 year of unsupervised probation and $300 LEOP.  A payment review hearing was scheduled for October 28, 2013, and then was rescheduled to December 5, 2013.

The defendant failed to appear on non-payment and a show cause was issued.  The show cause hearing was set for January 14, 2014, and the notice was returned as undeliverable by mail, on December 26, 2013.  On January 15, 2014, a warrant was ordered for failure to appear and bond was set at $550.00 cash only.  January 16, 2014, the warrant was issued. On August 25, 2014 an order for suspension of probation was filed for non-compliance.
