Lewis County Election Results, Voters Approve School Improvement Tax
In Lewis County, MO, voters sent an overwhelming message in support of school improvements by backing Proposition KIDS (Keep Improving District Schools) by a large margin.
On Municipal Election Day, April 5, 2016, the majority spoke with 826 yes votes to 326 no votes. That’s a margin of 44% with 72% in favor of raising taxes to support Lewis County C-1 schools to only 28% opposing the measure.
