BREAKING NEWS: New Mark Twain Transmission Line Routes and Information LEAKED to The Edina Sentinel

On Friday, April 28, 2017 a joint letter from Ameren Transmission (ATXI) and Northeast Missouri Electric Power Cooperative (Northeast Power) concerning a possible new route for the Mark Twain Transmission Line was leaked to The Edina Sentinel by a source, whose identity is not being released.
