Ewing Man Arrested For Stealing and Burglary

On June 28, 2019, members of the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jason R. Foxall, age 42, of Ewing, Missouri on one count of stealing – $750 or more, a class D felony and one count of Burglary – 2nd degree, a class D felony.  Foxall, who has multiple felony convictions, is alleged to have stolen over $1800 in tools from a relative in Ewing, Missouri over the past six months.  Mr. Foxall is currently under the supervision of Missouri probation department as well.

Mr. Foxall remains lodged in the Lewis County Jail in lieu of a $20,000 cash only bond.
