Hannibal Girls Win Tony Lenzini Consolation
Hannibal outscored Highland in all but the first quarter of their January 25, 2020 girls consolation championship game of the 77th Annual Tony Lenzini Tournament and went on to a 57-48 win.
The Pirates outscored Highland 15-9 in the fourth quarter, opening up a 42-39 game after three periods of play. Addy Johnson led Highland with 13 points. Lauren Merrell and Marissa Abell scored 11 points each. Ansley Bringer put in eight Cougar points.
Bella Falconer led all scorers with 23 Hannibal points. Allie Hull scored 11 Pirate points.
