Hunting Lodge and Shop Burglarized in Knox County

The Knox County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a burglary, which was reported south of Hurdland on February 14, 2020.
Thousands of dollars worth of property was allegedly stolen from a lodge and nearby shop on February 12.
The stolen items include shoulder mount deer heads, a full-body turkey mount, pelts, an antique shotgun, a 50-inch television, a Lincoln arc welder and other miscellaneous tools.
“Anybody with information about suspects in possession of items matching this description is asked to contact the Knox County Sheriff’s Office,” said Knox County Sheriff Allen Gudehus. “I would also like to remind citizens to photograph their property as a way to identify it – if it gets stolen.”
