Citizens Bank of Edina is Utilizing Drive-Up Window

Edina, MO – Friday, March 20, 2020 – The Citizens Bank of Edina closed the lobby to walk-in business on Friday until further notice after assuring the public the bank drive-through window will be open during regular business hours, and walk-in appoints can be made to access safety deposit boxes and sign important documents.

The change was made to “protect the health of the customers and employees” during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The following statement was released by the bank and posted on the entrances of the building.

**NOTICE**

In order to protect the health of our customers and employees, The Citizens Bank of Edina will be closing its LOBBY to the public as of Friday, March 20, 2020, until further notice.

To continue to serve our customers the Drive-Up window, ATM and night deposit will all be operating.

Our staff will be in the building to take your calls and conduct your banking business.

In the event that a customer might HAVE TO ENTER THE BUILDING to access a safety deposit box or sign documents, entry will be made by appointment only.
