Burglary Suspects Arrested In Taylor Thefts
Quintez J. Cissna Joshua E Kramer On April 29, 2020, members of the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office went to a residence in Canton, Missouri to investigate the vehicle break-ins that occurred in the Taylor area. Upon further investigation, several stolen items were recovered from a vehicle and a stolen shot gun was located in the apartment. The second suspect, identified as Joshua E Kramer, age 20, of Quincy, Illinois was arrested for possession of stolen property. Mr. Kramer admitted to breaking into several vehicles in the Taylor area along with Quintez Cissna. On April 30, 2020, formal charges were sought by Assistant Prosecutor Chelsea Hoffman for stealing a firearm, a class D felony. Further charges are pending. Mr. Kramer is currently lodged in the Lewis County Jail in lieu of $10000 bond. Sheriff’s office was assisted by Canton Police Department. Additional charges for video arrest suspect: Assistant Prosecutor, Chelsea Hoffman, has issued additional charges against Quintez J. Cissna which include one count of stealing and one count of burglary – 2nd degree, both are a class D felony, along with six counts of tampering with a motor vehicle-2nd degree, all class A misdemeanors. All of these offenses occurred in Lewis County. Mr. Cissna’s bond for the stealing/burglary charges is $50,000 cash/corporate surety and $5,000 cash/corporate surety for the tampering with a motor vehicle charges. |
Assistant Prosecutor, Chelsea Hoffman, has issued additional charges against Joshua E. Kramer which include one count of stealing and one count of burglary – 2nd degree, both are a class D felony, along with six counts of tampering with a motor vehicle-2nd degree, all class A misdemeanors. All of these offenses occurred in Lewis County.
Mr. Kramer’s bond for the stealing/burglary charges is $50,000 cash/corporate surety and $5,000 cash/corporate surety for the tampering with a motor vehicle charges.
