Has anyone noticed that so many people that want to make remarks have trouble with talking? So many seem to have a stuttering problem. Maybe they cannot think of what to say. Even when they have a written prepared statement they have a problem. It seems to take them a while to get it all out.
I think that when there is much to say and you are reading it you should read with expression.
Sometimes the problem happens when the speaker is asked a question. I’m not sure if they did not understand the question or if they are stalling for an answer.
Maybe if they are trying to answer a question they had been asked before and they forgot what they said then.
My father always said it’s better to tell the truth and you won’t have so much to remember.
With all the riots, I think we need a Matt Dillon in every city. He always knows what to do. Usually, he has already, by his acting, not had the problem to solve.
