Regina Chapman

REGINA CHAPMAN

  Regina Lou Chapman, age 59, of LaBelle, Missouri, passed away at her home Thursday, September 17, 2020.  She was born in Kirksville, Missouri, on January 31, 1961, the daughter of Roy Louis and Hazel Parrish Carper.  She was united in marriage to Kenny Chapman on October 30, 1999, in LaBelle, Missouri.

  Regina graduated from Highland High School and attended Northeast Missouri State University in Kirksville, MO.  She was employed as a supervisor for Kraft Foods in Kirksville, MO.    Regina lived her whole life in Lewis County where she married the love of her life Kenny Chapman.  Gina loved her family, grandchildren and animals.  She enjoyed being outdoors, spending money on grandchildren and was thankful for her Church family.  As a youth she loved riding horses and trail riding.  She was also a St. Louis Cardinals fan.  Gina never met a stranger, she enjoyed life.

  Surviving are her husband Kenny Chapman of LaBelle, MO, son Daniel Grant (Hannah) Carper of LaBelle, MO, two step-sons Brice (Nicole) Chapman of Waynesville, MO, and John (Angie) Chapman of Monroe City, MO, one step-daughter D.D. Ingram of Palmyra, MO, one brother Paul Carper of Quincy, IL, three sisters, Dianne Ten Eyck, Betty Scifres and Susan See all of LaBelle, MO, twelve grandchildren, Zaelyn, Graton and Emma Carper, Alec and Aidan Chapman, Casen, Cade, Cahlin, Cambria and Cale Chapman, Morgan and Rylee Ingram along with several nieces and nephews.

  Regina was preceded in death by her parents Roy and Hazel Carper and a brother Donnie Ray Carper.

  A Celebration of Life will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, September 23, 2020, in the Coder Funeral Chapel in LaBelle, MO.  Reverend John Dungan will officiate the services.  

  Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 23, 2020, from 9 a.m. till time of services at 11 a.m. in the Coder Funeral Chapel in LaBelle, MO. Musical selections will be I Can Only Imagine, Amazing Grace and Go Rest High On That Mountain.

  Burial will be held at a later date.  Honorary bearers will be Jeff Carper, Alex Carper, Eric Carper, Troy Ten Eyck, Heith See, Ryan Scifres, Tim See, Paul Frank, Brice Chapman, John Chapman and Mike Carper.

  Memorials are suggested to The Adair County Humane Society or the LaBelle Christian Church Community Bible School.  Memorials may be left at or mailed to Coder Funeral Chapel, P.O. Box 151, LaBelle, MO 63447.
