A Big Christmas Tree
My sister and I were walking around Menard’s one day and saw a lady pushing a cart. On top was a Christmas Tree with netting tied securely around it. And I said, “That’s a BIG Christmas Tree.” And, the lady replied, “Yes! I didn’t realize it was this big when I picked it out. I’m afraid when I get it home and cut the netting, it’s going to go POOF!!!”
And, I reminisced, “Our family has been there. Picked out the biggest tree on the lot not thinking if it would fit where we wanted or go through the front door. But, oh what fun family time decorating it!!”
And, I lifted prayer and praise, “Thank You, Lord, for Christmas!”
“The works of the LORD are great, sought out of all them that have pleasure therein…He hath made his wonderful works to be remembered.”—Psalm 111:2-4
