Nothing made him more proud as when his son joined in farming alongside him, and his girl’s acomploishments.  Seeing his grandchildren and their achievements also brought both him and Grace much joy, as well as their families.

Grant is survived by his son David Parsons of Edina, Missouri, three daughters, Mary Ann and her husband Terry Epley of Quincy, Illinois, Lois and her husband Bryan Dover of Kirksville, Missouri and Janet Sullivan and Bill Lotton of Mattoon, Illinois; a brother, Paul and Pat Parsons of Edina, Missouri; seven grandchildren, Brandon and Kayla Epley, Kristin and Nick Hardy, and Jason Epley, Brad and his fiancé Emily Reeves, Ryan and Annie Parsons, and Jeremy and Angie Sullivan, and Jennifer Sullivan; twelve great grandchildren; two step great grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, cousins and a host of friends.
