Knox County opened a 14-9 first quarter lead and steadily pulled away, taking a February 19, 2021 Lewis and Clark Conference boys game at Scotland County by a 54-35 final score.
The Eagles won a low scoring second quarter by a 7-3 margin for a 21-12 halftime lead. Scotland County was able to limit the normally strong Eagle inside game to nine points.
Conner Hayes led all scorers with 21 KCHS points. Braydon Miller was in double figures with ten points. Rylan Roberts and Nelson Shinkle scored nine points each. Coltin Morrow scored three points. Jacob Becker added two points.
Kabe Hamlin led Scotland County (10-13) with 13 points. The rescheduled game with Fayette was called off by mutual agreement. Knox County finished their regular season with a record of 15-5.
