QUOTE 26 – “MISSOURI WEATHER”
The old saying is, “If you don’t like Missouri weather, just wait patiently and it will change.”
Did you like the past week of all that hot weather? One good thing is, if we don’t live right, we could go to a hotter place – heaven prevent that from happening! Not much to do but stay in and stay as cool as we could. I am sure several prayers were asked during that period. My Father always told us, “All prayers are answered, but not always immediately and not exactly as you requested.”
Do you remember last winter when it was so cold? I am sure several prayers were made asking for warmer weather.
Let this be a lesson to you to be careful of what you are praying or asking for. Always ask for God’s wisdom and support, He knows best. Trust him to do the right thing for us.
