The Knox County Presiding Commissioner race is the only locally contested race in 2022, which will be decided on Tuesday, August 2, by Knox County voters.
Both candidates, Evan Glasgow (I) of Edina and Michelle Davis of Hurdland are running on the Republican Party ballot.
Knox County voters will have the chance to hear more from each of the candidates during the 2022 Candidate Forum, which was aired on KMEM 100.5 FM Radio on Monday evening, July 25, just one week ahead of the election. A recorded video of the forum is also available on edinasentinel.com and will be shared through The Edina Sentinel Facebook page this week, for those who were unable to listen live on the radio.
The Candidate Forum was organized by The Edina Sentinel with support from KMEM. The Knox County Community Center donated the space for the forum and allowed use of the facilities sound system.
Voters and citizens also had the chance to listen to candidates in Knox County uncontested races talk about their campaigns and duties, for those seeking re-election.
