Right: Bobby Ray’s Barbecue officially opened their doors to the public on Wednesday, August 14, 2024, to a large crowd of hungry patrons. Owners Shelby and Lexi Middleton took over the Knox County based food truck operation from Lexi’s parents, Rob and Sara Sullens, in 2023. The Middleton’s leased the brick and mortar restaurant where Lucky’s Cafe was located on the northeast side of the Edina Town Square. The new restaurant serves lunch and dinner. The new hours are 10:30 am to 3 pm Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday; and 10:30 am to 7:30 pm Friday and Saturday; closed Monday and Tuesday. Photo by Echo Menges
