New this year, registrations are now open for the Knox County Community Showcase, an opportunity for all ages to showcase their abilities in the following categories: Woodworking, Photography, Fabric/Needlework, Flowers, Fruits, Vegetables, and Farm Crops, Creative Arts (Arts & Crafts), Foods, and Miscellaneous, and multiple subcategories.
Champion ribbons, as well as 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place will be awarded in each category. The Supreme Best of Show will receive a gift certificate, and all exhibitors will be entered to win a gift basket.
Exhibitors will bring their items to the Knox County 4-H/FFA Fairgrounds, just north of Edina on Tuesday morning, July 8, 2025, to check in at 11 AM for closed judging at noon. They will have the option of leaving their items on display during fair week or picking them up at the completion of judging.
The Knox County Community Showcase is a conscious effort of the Knox County 4-H/FFA Fair Board to engage the community while enjoying the annual county fair at the new fairgrounds.
Pre-registrations due by July 1, 2025, are encouraged but not required. For entry fees and pre-registration information contact the Knox County Extension office at 660-397-2179, email [email protected], or stop by 110 N 4th Street, Edina, MO 63537.
