Knox Co. Country Club Restaurant Closed

After over 40 years of operating the Knox County Country Club restaurant officially closed for an undetermined amount of time on Tuesday, January 17, 2012.

According to a representative of the club, this may not be the final curtain for the country club’s restaurant. There is a chance the yet-to-be elected 2012-13 Board of Directors will decide to reopen the facility when they convene this spring. An exact date for that meeting has not been set.

The Knox County Rotary Club’s last lunchtime meeting at the country club was Thursday, January 12. Rotary has moved their lunchtime meeting location to the Life of Christ Church in Edina.
