KIRKSVILLE, Mo. — Truman State University will host free outdoor mushroom cultivation workshops from 1:30-4 p.m. April 26 and May 3 at the University Farm.
These workshops are for anyone interested in growing their own culinary or medicinal mushrooms. Attendees will learn the basics of outdoor mushroom production and inoculate their own mushroom log to take home.
Both workshops are the same and participants can attend either one. The workshops are free of charge. No registration is required.
